==Threat Locations== : <span style="font-size:75%">Lowering the Threat in a Region will reduce the number of Scrotus patrols in that region. For a deeper look visit: Threats Threat5. </span> * Scarecrows, Camps and Snipers can all be found by visiting a vantage point and using your binoculars while you are up in the air. However, keep in mind that you can only locate the ones that are in the same Region the balloon is located. While in the balloon be sure to verify that you found everything, by comparing the threat locations counter with the actual threats as specified on The Map, so you won't need to use the balloon again. * Convoy Routes need to be uncovered by driving on the road where the route passes. You can easily spot them by the massive amount of car tracks on them - a unique indicator for Convoy Routes. Convoys themselves whirl up a lot of dust, so you can also find them by looking in the sky for the indication. There is one remaining route, which won't show up normally, but becomes available on your map after you progressed through the story and completed the particular Event, so if you can't seem to find one, don't worry about it for now. * Minefields can be discovered just by driving near them. They're be always accompanied by a fair amount of car wrecks. The only other help to find them is Dinki-Di (your stray-dog companion), by using the Dog And Buggy who can sniff out the explosives. To unlock Dinki-Di you'll have to do an early Side Mission in Jeet's hideout. Unfortunately you can't use The Magnum Opus to find the minefields, as Dinki-Di is only usable with Chum's Buggy. Dinki-Di will start barking when he sniffs out a minefield and will also look in the direction towards it.
