The Golden Tuska resembles a heavily modified 1938 Chevy Master Deluxe Sedan, with the roof chopped and slanted along with the rear doors being cut. This vehicle has a unique variant of the V8, which uses piping from a headlight intake to an air cleaner and then to a custom intake.
Given that it has Scrotus' symbol on the back it is assumed that that it was stolen by the Roadkill and hid in the submarine for safekeeping.
