There are a few fortresses left in The Wasteland in Mad Max attempting to stay independent of Scrotus' power. Led by crafty leaders, these places of refuge often attract the few remaining wanderers still alive in the world. They are not friendly locations but if the deal is right an agreement can often be made that's mutually beneficial to both parties.
