The Big Nothing is one of the Regions in the Mad Max video game. Before the fall it was the part of the oceans that lay beyond the continental shelf. No one knows what lies in it.

To the east, the dunes and storm lands ensure death to any traveler. There are rumors, whispers and legends of places across the Big Nothing; a massive chain of mountains known as the Great Divide and mythical gardens of green beyond it. Some also believe that the Big Wet still resides somewhere across the Great White."
