Toecutter was the leader of a merciless motorcycle gang known as Toecutter's Gang which terrorized the Australian outback. A ruthless and savage leader, he was also strategic and charismatic, often employing lengthy monologues to distract or confuse his enemies before striking. He was killed in a head-on collision with a large tanker truck.
